RE:STOCKD is an independent resale and consignment platform. All items sold through our shop are pre-owned, secondhand, or consigned by verified sellers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands featured unless explicitly stated.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of consignment, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions, photos, and condition before purchase.

We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party shipping carriers, including but not limited to lost, delayed, or damaged items after shipment. Once an item leaves our hands and tracking is provided, the buyer assumes all responsibility.

Payments made through Venmo, PayPal, or cryptocurrency are processed securely through their respective platforms. By purchasing, you agree to our terms and conditions, confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method, and understand that all transactions are final.

At RE:STOCKD, we ensure every order is shipped with care, security, and transparency. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

🚚 Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Tracking information will be sent to the email provided once the order ships.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

📬 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on item size and destination.
Standard domestic shipping: 2–6 business days
Expedited shipping available upon request (DM or email before checkout)

💸 Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $6.99 USD per order
Free shipping on orders over $100+
Final shipping costs calculated at checkout, depending on your location and item weight.

📦 Packaging

All items are securely packaged to protect your order during transit.
Fragile or vintage items receive extra padding and care.

❗ Delayed / Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, RE:STOCKD is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly if your tracking has not updated or the item is marked delivered but missing.
We will assist where possible, but claims must be filed with the carrier.
